What you are actually buying
Not an hour of labor. A house you stop thinking about.
Anyone can wipe a counter. What is hard is remembering that the cushions go upright, that the upstairs desk is off limits, that the dog is fine but the cat hides, and that you do not want bleach anywhere near the marble. We write all of it down, so the second visit is better than the first, and the tenth is better than the second.
A note after every visit
What we did, what we noticed, and anything that needs your attention. A running rail broke, the filter looks old, the guest bath faucet drips.
Booked ahead, not chased
Weekly, every two weeks, or monthly, on a fixed day. Your slot is yours. Cancel with 48 hours notice and there is no charge.

We remember how you like things
Every home we clean has a written record: how we get in, where to park, the alarm, the pets, the products you do not want us to use, where your supplies live, and your instructions room by room, with photos.
It means you never have to explain the same thing twice, and if your regular cleaner is ever out, whoever covers reads it before she walks in. Nothing about your house lives in somebody memory.
